Dating’s tough in small towns. The smart women gobbled up the town’s eligible bachelors while Teresa obtained her degree out of state. Back home in Kentucky and teaching at the local high school, she finds herself competing for the attention of the taxidermist with a tricked out truck and a dentist who thinks he’s the reincarnation of James Dean. The best she can do is covertly date in surrounding small towns, but she’s almost fished those ponds out too.

A sexy stranger appears in her adult education class. The man is definitely no townie with his exotic looks and even stranger accent. It’s obvious he’s lying about why he’s in her class, but that doesn’t dampen his appeal. There was a rule against staff and students fraternizing, but she might be tempted to break it.

Teresa is a good hardworking woman, who has followed the rules her entire life until she meets Marcus. Marcus is hot, charming, and with an accent. He is working at the college where Teresa works, but she thinks he is auditing her class. Teresa knows things are up with him, but does not want to know the entire story of who he really is. She wants him to be a good decent guy, but is he? I kept thinking who was the guilty party at the college. I do not think this was Teresa at all. I think that would be out of her character and she sticks within her beliefs a lot. I love the pool scene. I kept thinking how far away are the neighbors.

Incognito Dating the Enemy Steamy Interludes Book 6 edition by Morgan Kay Contemporary Romance eBooks Reviews

My first read by this author. This was a quick read but I really enjoyed it.It was a different storyline but I found it sexy and funny! Really liked the characters Teresa and Marcus definitely had spraks flying when they were together!
A very compelling book! Filled with some mystery, sexy romance, and fun!! We will be hearing more from this author! I was glued to each word on each page! This is a short story, But, a very good story!!! Thank you, for a very exciting book!! I loved it!!
When Marcus, someone secretly auditing the college decides to take Teresa's writing class, their lives will change forever. Teresa never had luck with guys but Marcus catches her eye. After getting to know each other more and having an afternoon of passion, Marcus immediately disappears and Teresa gets arrested as the embezzler of the college. Will Marcus come back and is Teresa really guilty? Find out in this great short story!
This short story was not what I was expecting, but I was pleasantly surprised! It is definitely different and has humor, romance, heat, and a little bit of suspense in it. Teresa and Marcus may seem very different; however, down deep they both have the same insecurities and when they get together......HOLY HOTNESS! I loved the pool scene! The humor is a great addition to the story and I love Teresa's friends and neighbor.
I really liked Marcus as the hero. He isn't the stereotypical "bad boy" even though he pretends to be. Teresa IS the stereotypical stuffy teacher with a naughty side. The author does a great job of turning your expectations of how the story is going to go completely upside down. I really wanted a little more out of Teresa than the stereotype but it worked in the story. I also LOVED Abraham...great supporting character with wit, charm, and a nose for gossip.
The interplay between the two main characters is perfect. Teresa and Marcus are well drawn, with their own issues and concerns, yet when they get together, it's like watching a fireworks show, where things heat up with a few colorful explosions before leading to a glorious finale. After their interlude at the pool I didn't expect his quick departure, but it worked out well. This was a fast paced story with the right amount of intrigue. Well done.
This was a short but very entertaining read.

I really enjoyed this book. There were many comical moments that I couldn't help but giggle at. I wish it had been a wee bit longer so I could have become more emotionally invested into the characters. As it was, I fell into like with them.

I liked how these characters were a wee bit older than what we normally read about. Marcus was a great character. Teresa had me cracking up with some of her antics and the situations she found herself in.

Written as a multi pov and does end in a hea.
